This guy is selling his affiliate website and he wants $ 5,000 for it. He sent me full proof evidence that he earns good but I just cant understand why he would want to sell this site. If I purchase this site from him and he puts me on the admin and removes himself…Can he later come back and make changes to this site and re-claim the domain? A website can be sold and make sure you receive a letter in writing for this, Prepare a goods document for the trsnfer through an attorney and make the deal. I think you have a good opportunity if the site is a good one,
